Osteopath (M.Ost), Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist
My interest in osteopathy began through my own experiences with injury and a strong involvement in sport. I currently represent Great Britain in handball and have a background in rugby and basketball at both club/county level.
I completed my Master of Osteopathy degree at the University College of Osteopathy in London, at the time I also qualified as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. This combination of skills allows me to take a well-rounded and personalised approach to treatment.
I use targeted soft tissue and joint manipulation techniques to ease muscle tension and reduce joint stiffness. After your session, I’ll provide specific exercises to support your recovery and help manage any ongoing pain or injury. I aim to find the root cause of your problem and work with you to create a plan that focuses on long-term results and injury prevention.

“I'm currently studying Amatsu Tatara Hichibuku Goshinjutsu under Peter King. Peter has an excellent ability to communicate very complex ideas with both clarity and enthusiasm. His tone with patients is one of thoroughness, professionalism and total reassurance. In addition to his Amatsu master teachers license Peter brings a wealth of knowledge from many related disciplines including: Osteopathy, physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Advanced Chinese Tuina. This ensures a well-rounded diagnosis and treatment.”
